Genesis Emu iPhone 4 running 4.0.1

Please help. I have genesis4iphone on my iphone running 4.0.1 which I got from Cydia (Jailbroken). I downloaded some ROMs here. in WinSCP logged into mobile I am putting them in the following:

mobile>Var>Media>GENESIS

This is where all the "how toos" online say to put them. I launch the the app and they are not there. My NES emulator works just fine.

Question: Does your nes emulator have the roms in the NES/roms folder?
Because from my previous knowledge of all this stuff the roms need to be in their own folder such as mobile/var>media/genesis/roms.
Also, check and see if you can configure in the genesis emulator where it searches for roms because then you could possibly just point it straight to the genesis folder.
