My iPod 3G can't detect wifi connections, even wifi signal is okay. I tried on and off and reboot device but it won't do anything? Anyone who has the same issue before?

I'm sorry but I have never had that problem (with iPad that is), only when trying to connect to a wifi point where I just changed the access password to gives me issues.

You can try several things:
* Is your wifi router sending out an SSID? If not: try it
* Do you have wifi enabled in you iPod (guess so)
* Is your wifi network broadcasting B or G network? (N is also okay if you check the bw. compatability option)
* Same counts for setting the 'radio mode' to the right receiving option (I found this online..)
* Have you tried upgrading your firm- and software to the latest version?

Good luck

Thank you so much for you answers. Yes, I checked them and I think everything is proper. I tried the past days and it worked. However there are still times it didn't. It's more than a year ipod I am not sure if it still can make it. I think I need to back up everything before it's too late. Any ideas on that?
