The point is very simple. To try and keep this place going and pay the monthly server/bandwidth bills in return for $10. It works out at $10 / 240,000 roms = $0.000042 per rom. Thats pretty good value.

I am glad to be part of a community with is assigning history factors alive, and without any cost, i think it cant be beat by anyone in this field.
