- OMGWTFHAX - A minecraft community; A gaming Community!

In 2013 the community was re-named from OMGWTFHAX to Insomniax Gaming.

OMGWTFHAX (OWH for short) is a unique name. It was coined after the fact that our first server was minecraft classic and to the day it was shut down allowed hacks to be used during gameplay.
All Minecraft servers hosted by Insomniax Gaming are now closed. Thank you for your patronage!
We had a rough bout and long story short our Minecraft adventures have come to an end. We do still have one server active for the Meta-Gaming community - I pay for it and the guy that ran the minecraft servers had a backup of the TS3 server files so we were able to re-open the TS3 server, thank god!

We have a 512 slot TeamSpeak 3 server! I would highly recommend using TeamSpeak 3 for communication as everyone here at Insomniax Gaming loves to talk with each other and is in many ways a superior way of communication. This is for our Meta-Gaming community that we are trying to build so that everyone always has a place for talking with each other in-game rather than using the crappy in-game voice chat features that most games provide.
Side note: The TS3 server is always online and available for anyone to use as they see fit. Just please note that there are a few rules to the TS3 server:
Rule #1: No disrespecting other users! This is strictly moderated and any found in violation will be permanently banned!
Rule #2: No solicitation of any kind! Strictly moderated and is a permanent ban offense!
Rule #3: Keep it PG-13 (we have special channels for those who want to use graphic language and you must be considered an adult by law in whatever country you reside in to use those channels - strictly moderated)
Rule #4: Utilize channels appropriately! If you're playing a game and you're going to be doing in-game chat focused on that game, please move your group to the gaming channels. If you're going to get up from your PC for longer than a few minutes please join the AFK channels.
Rule #5: Staff have a blue cop badge (shield) in their icons, Admins have a sheriff's star in their icons, and Server Owners have a crown in their icons. All icons follow a username. Do not pose as one of these members if you are not one! This is strictly prohibited and any found in violation will be permanently banned!
