HT, your work collection is a frankinsteiners dream. my own computer has parts from 3 computers cramed in it, i might post a picture of it with my SCSI controller installed plus my two 3-1/2 inch floppy drives installed.

normaly, i don't have the extra CD/DVD-ROM or floppy drives installed. but i kinda felt like showing off a bit. (i know, it's a shameful thing.but i'm proud of my stuff. ) the CD-ROM on top does work properly but, the gear that was on the motor that opened and closed the tray broke. i figured if it still worked why throw it away.

I'm Markus from SW Colorado. I am a sports massage therapist (which explains my computer noob skills) and I happen to love classic arcade gaming. Since I'm not going to post a pic of a massage table, you get to see my 'other office'. This is where the Magic happens!!
This winter, despite the ridicule from my wife, I decided to build an Arcade Cab, a tribute to classic Tron - I always wanted a Tron or Star Wars Arcade or 720 machine.
I used pressed board, Plexiglas, florescent paint and 3 florescent style black lights on the inside to construct this baby from scratch. I run HyperSpin as my front end and mostly play Mame games like Dragon's Lair. The wife now thinks it's pretty cool.

i thought i post some updated pictures of my desktop and my latest modification to my computer.

my entertainment area.to the left of my tv out of frame is my stereo which is connected the the speakers in the next photo.

the 10 inch woofers that make my PC and video games go BOOM.(the treble and tweeter speakers in both boxes are dead but i have two floor speakers to the left an right out of frame that fill the treble function.)

the next couple of pictures better show my latest modification to my computer.

the reason i did this to my computer was to increase heat dissipation and to make it easier for me to clean and change out parts(plus i just like the look of this setup better ^_^ ). i do have plans to mount the whole lot to a plywood board at a latter date, but for now it will remain in its current state.
