Unlocked EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 Classified 4 GB Dedicated GPU - $449.99 USD
Samsung 840 Pro Series 256 GB 6 Gb/s SSD - $179.99 USD
Western Digital 2 TB Caviar Black 7,200 RPM HDD - $124.99 USD
Crucial Ballistix Elite 16 GB (2x 8 GB) DDR3-1866 (O.C.) RAM - $169.99 USD
Thermaltake 850 W Smart M Series PSU - $79.99
Cooler Master Storm Stryker Full-size ATX Full Steel Case - $169.99
Cooler Master Seidon 240mm Sealed no-maintenance CPU Water Cooler - $109.99 USD
Some Chinese TF/SD XX in 1 card reader - $19.99 USD

Just some FPS statistics that I've noticed by eye on certain games thanks to FRAPS running at all times:

Crysis 2: Maximum Edition - MAX Settings in 1080p - 74 FPS Average, 63 FPS Minimum, 84 FPS Maximum

Borderlands 2 - MAX Settings in 1080p - 80 FPS Minimum, 100+ FPS Maximum - VSync turned on to hold at 60 FPS Constant without drops or spikes

Elder Scrolls Online - MAX Settings in 1080p - 73 FPS Average, 39 FPS Minimum, 100 Capped FPS Maximum

Minecraft - MAX Settings in 1080p - 186 FPS Average, 121 FPS Minimum, 430+ FPS Maximum (64x64 Resource Pack)

DOOM/DOOM 2 in GZDoom (Zandronum, no mods) - MAX Settings in 1080p - 989 FPS Average, 743 FPS Minimum, 1939 FPS Maximum

Wrack BETA (Game is yet to be optimized) - MAX Settings in 1080p - 28 FPS Minimum, 60 FPS Average, 183 FPS Maximum - VSync enabled to hold 60 FPS Average, haven't played with it off yet except for the duration of time it took to turn it on on first run

PCSX 2.0 PS2 Emulator - MAX Settings in 1080p w/ hardware acceleration and upscaling turned on - 60 FPS Constant as VSync has always been on, tested across multiple games

ANY Retro Emulator for NES, SNES, GBA, Genesis, Playstation, N64, etc etc. - MAX Settings in 1080p with 4x filtering - 60 FPS Constant (Vsync enabled)

Skyrim w/ all xpacs and HD Texture Pack from Steam - MAX Settings in 1080p + over 40 MODS including Skyrim 2K Texture overhaul - 60 FPS Average (VSync enabled), 58 FPS Minimum, 242 FPS Maximum

I can go on and on and on, the list is impressive. No game I've run that isn't either a BETA or barely on the market yet (Wrack and ESO) have dipped below 60 FPS even for a second.

Coup de grâce: Unigine Heaven 3D Benchmarking Software - MAX Settings + MAX Tesselation in 1080p - 38 FPS Minimum, 57 FPS Average, 74+ FPS Maximum

I LOVE MY NEW COMPUTER. <3 :freakout:

You want to know how DOOM 3 would run? Ok. I'll run DOOM 3 BFG Edition on it when I get off work and do some FRAPS recording + cell recording to show you the FPS outside of recording since that knocks FPS down a bit. I'll upload it to youtube as well. :hi:

That is a good spec and great looking case Kherr. You need to tidy up that cabling and get some better OC out of that CPU. Thanks for posting your build spec.

Thanks Stinow, but unfortunately that GPU is due to be replaced because now it's two tiers outdated, I've got my eye on a Nvidia brand GTX 980 Ti 4GB (roughly $550 USD or so, depending on where you look). I was thinking about SLI linking the two cards and just setting the GTX770 to do Physx ONLY and let the GTX 980 Ti do everything else, but I don't know if it'll work that way without lowering the GTX 980 Ti to meet the speeds/specs of the GTX 770. I'll most likely just swap the cards. Either way, still a beautiful rig. Too bad I can't slide one of the new Skylake CPUs into it. But this i7-4820K is still performing beautifully. I think I will add another 16 GB of RAM to it though, since the board supports up to 64 GB. Oh, and since I made this post I've added another monitor (same one) and another 2 TB HDD.

This computer still kicks ass, and it's nearing two years old. GTA V runs at 60 FPS constant on near ultra settings in 1080p. That's saying something for a machine that is nearing two years old with no performance upgrades since initial building. :)

Also, because I never answered you on this, I have the CPU OC'd to 4.3 GHz stabily without altering the voltage. If I push 4.5 GHz without touching the voltage it's stable most of the time, but sometimes it decides not to be and I ended up with a BSOD then a configuration error when I recovered from the BSOD, so I knocked it back down to 4.3 GHz. It's stable there, and gives me no issues. I've been running it at 4.3 GHz since I set it up when I built it. :)
