i want to contribute to the MAC rom page

through my hunting of MAC emulator sites i have found programs that are not on theoldcomputer.com
i would like to help add them to the mac rom page of theoldcomputer.com
these are the files that i wold like to give to theoldcomputer.com:
System 6.0.8 installer disk images
System 7.5 installer disk images
System 7.5 version 7.5.3 installer
Appearance SDK 1.0.4
Boot Disk System 7.1
ClarisWorks 3.0 installer disk images
Application disks 5,10,12

in order to make them easier to use, I have loaded System 7.5 version 7.5.3 installer and Appearance SDK 1.0.4 in to HFV hard drive images and compresed them with 7Zip in to 7Z format.
HT, is there any way that either you or te_lanus could help with this?

If you can get them to me or te_lanus then I will download and upload them gratefully. If you have nowhere to upload to I can provide a temp FTP for you to upload to.

What size in total are the files?

the total size ofthe files is 36.4MB. i have a 56k modem with connection of 26.4kbps and an average
data transfer rate some where between 2.99kbps and 2.40 kbps. which suggests and upload time of 5 to 6 hours. :headbang:

also, i have added the System 6.0.3 installation disk images. system 6.0.3 seems to be the last OS that was made compatable for the Macintosh Plus, which Mini vMac emulates. for some reason my ISP stops my internet connection after 6 hours so i may have to split the files in to two 18MB uploads.
which means after i get half of the files uploaded i will have to reconnect to the internet and upload the rest.

i don't have a cd-rom burner. you can the Specs of my rig in the Modern computing section under the topic "Computer Specs".
i also need to correct something from my first post, System 7.5 installer isn't in a HFV file but in 9 seprate DSK files. please setup a temp ftp and let me worry about the upload time. ok?

Same thing I tell everyone... USE DROPBOX...

Upload to a folder in your dropbox, send HT an invite to be a shared user of said folder, and everything you place in that dropbox folder will automatically synchronize with HT, and he'll have them and be able to do the same in reverse for you. :3
