Rom pack wont unzip

Hello, I have downloaded and tried to extract with 7zip many times this file but it just wont work. The file is Mame Single Download Mega Packs Rom f.7z.001.
I also have download the .002 which shows as empty. I have tried several ways to get them extracted but I cant. Every time I try I get this message, cannot open file as archive, unexpected end of data.

Can someone please help me with this? I did read a post about a similar thing and even did it that way but it did not work. Thanks.

all you need to do is have f.7z.001 and f.7z.002 in the same folder and decompress f.7z.001.

Ok, bear with me, im not the brightest, how do I decompress them? when I right click that option is not in 7zip.

just select the files that you want to decompress (if you want to decompress all of the files, hold down the CTRL button and press "A"). then click the "Extract" buttonat the top of the window.

after you click the "extract" button, you will see this window pop up:

(please ignore the file names. i am using a different compressed file for this explanation)

in this window you can choose where you want to extract (decompress) the files to.
here you can either type the folder path where you want to extract the files to.
or if you click the button on the right-hand side of the text field (the one with the three dots), you can visually select where you want to extract the files to.
after you have figured out where you want to extract the files to, click "ok" and 7zip will extract the files.

Hello again, that is exactly how I have been trying to do it but it wont work. I have even tried downloading it multiple times but still no luck. All of the other mega bulk pack files have extracted (decompressed) just fine but for some reason, this one wont.
