Retro pie running famicom or neogio

I'm having issues with my raspberry pi retropie setup running famicom or neogeo pocket color emulators, do you know if I need to download a bios and if so where can I get them

Also having issues extracting the snes (us) mega pack I'm using 7zip and I'm extracting the files together but it always errors on me

Only the Famicom Disk System requires a BIOS.

still need to find a bios for the fds any leads as to were i can find one???

Pack and Unpack all files in the same directory works fine on me with extracting various files by using the official website of 7zip...
