Is there a way to jailbreak this new update?
Ive been lookin around and cant seem to find anything
I know its bad that I have a MC model which is the (3rd) generation I think?

Haha I totally agree with that statement.
I used to have an old 1st gen but that broke down so I had to upgrade. I was on the old 2.2.1 software for that and it lasted me a long time.

Unfortunately there is not one that i know of there was one iphone jailbreaker that released a video saying he had it but never showed how, Kinda suspicious huh? anyways not that i know of. I accidently upgraded to 3.1.3 and have a MC model 3G ipod touch so I feel you're pain. i tried everything. i even tried using 3.1.2 firmware, (it doesn't work) UUUGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!! i want a jailbreak. lol

Yea, I have as much figured out as I can. I know the video of which you speak. GreenPois0n is what the developer of Black Rain is working on and is what you see in that video. Its a full jailbreak but its not ready to be released yet. The video is just to show you the break works and is coming. If you went to 3.1.3 then the best you can do is get a tethered jailbreak, which blows but is as good as it gets right now.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!! there is now a 3.1.3 jailbreak its called spirit. Its at http://www.spiritjb.com
I didnt believe it at first but it worked on my 3g MC model, ipod touch that has 3.1.3 firmware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have to check it out it even installs cydia for you!

Yes, right now Spirit is the greatest and easiest jailbreaker available. Quite studly to say the least. I was gonna get on and post about it but forgot to haha
