Can anyone walk me through how to use the Wii dolphin emulator? I'm having trouble customizing my non-GameCube Logitech controller.

Are you running it in Windows or Linux?
What Logitech Controller are you using?

Windows 8, and the controller is a Logitech Gamepad F310, shaped like most basic controllers (PlayStation/Xbox).

Switch the gamepad to X mode and configure GCPad with Xinput set in the top left corner drop down menu.
A replug might be necessary to force the controller mode to switch. After uninstalling the Logitech software, and installing the 360 controller driver first, then the Logitech software from the website.
Should work after that.

GC Pad? Do you mean a GameCube Pad? I need a controller based on the GameCube model?

The option for configuring GameCube controls... change it to XInput.
