ZiNc Rom Section Added

I have just uploaded 1GB of Zinc Roms for you to enjoy. Zinc is an emulator for Sony ZN-1 and ZN-2 and Namco System 11 arcade hardware. MAME now runs all these games also, but more accurately at the sacrifice of performance. If you want speed, then Zinc's your thing. Go check it out.
