Cosmetic Changes Everywhere

[Hot Trout]

We are testing out a totally new website build with an eye to the future of this resource. Please don't be alarmed at some of the pages starting to look completely different. These changes are expected and hopefully welcomed by the users. Please let me know if you like/hate these the new design and feel free to comment and make recomendations.
