Physically Enhancing Your iPod Touch/Phone/Pad

I have not heard or seen an iPod Touch being physically adjusted (Changing micro-processer, increasing RAM, etc). Could anybody find a website that has a modified iPod Touch/Phone/Pad? I'm interested at the extreme modifications (i7-980X Core Extreme Edition, NVIDIA Quadro, GeForce, etc). Thanks for helping!

i dont think you can physically change the hardware but you can always try if you know what your doing

So that means only people who have Apple knowledge are capable of modifying iPods?
