Hi all
Just a thought. Could Signatures be disabled for new members, and only be activated once you reach, lets say 10-20 posts. It might stop these spambods using their sigs as advertising?

Its a good idea however most human spammers already know this. That is why if you look at a spammers post it appears to have a sig but in fact it is just an additional space and more text at the bottom of the post.
To be honest, after the last major overhaul of the forums (which most of you will remember) we managed to stop all automated spam, so the few human spammers that get through dont annoy me too much (at the mnute anyway).

Are you talking about the inline ads like the google one above?
