I know a few of the emulators like the PS1 and PS2 programs require the Bios file to be found and downloaded from google in order for them to run the roms. Would we be able to make a Bios section on here and upload all available Bios's?

you don't need ALL the bios for the specific console

for ps2 either the european or u.s bios is the way to go because for some reason pcsx2 wont play games with Japanese bios .

go for the middle era of models for best compatibility,7000 series is a good bios.

pal games need europe bios and ntsc games need u.s bios.

I don't know... I would love to have access to all of the BIOS files on here myself, but at the same time I feel as though that would be breaching into really murky waters... What do you think HT?

We do already have a BIOS section within the roms. We also sometimes add a BIOS folder to certain systems that have a lot of variants.
