What do you think about the iPad

Well, what do you think of the Apple iPad. I have to say that I am impressed and cant wait to get my hands on one. It makes sense as a quick starting device that allows easy use of the web. Perfect for using while watching TV. It will also be interestingto see what roms you will be able to play on it.

Your really gonna spend the 500 for one. Thats pretty ridiculous. Its not like you can put it in your pocket tho. Its just a super ipod touch lol. But ya, really great for movies. And the cracking capabilities just expanded. Gaming on that thing will be way more fun but your pretty much gonna have to be sitting down with it resting on a table cause its not like you can use just your thumbs anymore. Get your whole hand. Id like to see some more multilayer games goin. Chess would be perfect. It is pretty exciting and Ill end up giving in to it sometime, but not right away.

It is quite insane. But then again people were spendin close to that for the iPhone when that came out. Ya know, I wish I had that kind of money that I could go spend it on stuff like that.

iTouch on steroids without Flash support (that's Adobe's beef, not Apple's), for 500 bucks... I'll take a netbook. The idea seems cool, but it isn't for me.

There has been lots of work on something like a "portable flash support".
Not necessarily for the iPods and touches and the lot, but for portable things like phones in general.
The idea that should be near completion is that you can get on the internet, and with the "portable flash support", you can play flash games from websites. Now what you have to say about that

If there is one thing I don't like it's flash. Too much flash on a website bogs it down. Website takes forever to load and takes forever to go page to page.

Yes, I do agree with that and 3G speed isnt anything like Broadband. But im sayin the possibilities with that grow considerably. Id like to visit a gaming website just to play flash games. Magic Pen? Best game ever? Yes
