Upgrade to New Server Complete

The upgrade of our dedicated server has been completed successfully. Operatiing on a Xeon Server with 4GB should now mean we can server hundreds of concurrent connections at any time. A small update to the forums was also carried out. Users should now notice an increase in performance from the site and downloading.
