You need to be a lot more specific in your question. The roms downloads is working as per normal.

i can´t download any rom in the window with: "Click to download ROM"
Is that a problem of mine or not?

Have you logged into the Rom section? If so and still not able to download, try clearing your browser history. If that does not solve your problem, try a different browser.
