Hello thewolfsadness,
What exactly happens when you try to download an emulator? Does your pop-up blocker block it? If so, disable it for theoldcomputer.com. If not, then does this happen in a different web browser? I recommend Google Chrome the most, followed by Mozilla Firefox, followed by Opera Browser, followed by Microsoft Edge, and finally Internet Explorer at the tail end.
If you're able to download an emulator using a different web browser then I suggest that you clear your temp files, history, and cache with your preferred web browser, close it completely (in case it stays open like Chrome does in the background if you have certain extensions enabled), then reopen your web browser and try again.
If that still doesn't work, look to see what add-ons/extensions/plug-ins you have installed in your preferred web browser and start disabling them one by one and inbetween each one disabled try downloading again. Once you're able to download then you know that the last extension you turned off is what was causing the issue. I've had that happen before and that's what I did to fix it. What extension it was I don't recall as it was years ago.
These are the main issues behind people having troubles downloading emulators or roms from the site. Please let us know how that goes.
