Unfortunately, I'm in the same boat. I just got my account login straightened out but, I only have guest access. I even tried logging in from a new PC/browser to no avail. I AM on the Hall of Fame page, however.

Try refreshing your browser cache and then logout and back into your account. You should be fully unlimited.

I just tried that and also a different browser. I'm now on a freshly imaged PC with the same result.

I checked everything again and your account is Unlimited and everything looks good to go. Just try logging out, clearing cache and browser, then log in again and see if that works.
